Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs for an AI-driven retail platform, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Implement new features and optimize existing services to ensure high performance and reliability
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to architecture decisions and support continuous integration, testing, and deployment practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and software design
- Proficiency in Software Development using Agentic engineering and experience delivering production-quality products
- Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including APIs and microservices
- Expertise in at least two programming languages: C#, Python, or Java
