Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design, implement, and optimize programmatic bidding systems while collaborating with machine learning engineers to build innovative solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimize programmatic bidding systems to enhance performance and efficiency
• Utilize analytical and statistical methodologies for continuous performance optimization through experimentation
• Collaborate with product teams to develop and ship innovative features that align with business goals

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AdTech or MarTech, particularly with high-scale systems
• Advanced programming expertise in Go or strong proficiency in languages like C++, Java, Scala, or Rust
• Experience applying machine learning and deploying large-scale models in production
• 5+ years of software development experience in building low-latency distributed systems
• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms
