Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the design and implementation of significant software features, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will work in a hybrid environment to enhance home electrification solutions, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the technical direction of the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of complex software products and systems
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior software engineers while resolving engineering challenges
- Collaborate with product and business teams to define requirements and enhance system architecture
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Five years of experience in software application development (or three years with a Master's degree)
- Proficiency in developing applications using Python 3.10 or later
- Experience with creating frontend applications using TypeScript and reactive JavaScript frameworks
- Familiarity with AWS services for architecting and deploying scalable applications
