Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support the PAT Assist team, the remote Senior Software Engineer will develop scalable systems to automate pre-admission testing workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and improve user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of pre-admission testing workflows and hospital operations to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with engineers and product management to define and refine product requirements
- Own the design, execution, and optimization of the PAT Assist product while engaging with customers for feedback
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in product engineering
- Proven track record in delivering engineering solutions in a fast-paced remote startup environment
- Hands-on fullstack experience with Python and Typescript/React
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels
- A systems thinker with a balance of big-picture vision and attention to detail
