Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare technology team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and deploy production software across a serverless AWS stack while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy production features and services across the serverless AWS stack
- Own end-to-end work from design through deployment and production support, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Utilize AI coding assistants and break loosely defined requirements into shippable increments for rapid iteration
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience developing and shipping production software
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AWS serverless architecture
- Demonstrated daily use of AI coding tools to enhance development output
- Experience defining infrastructure as code with AWS CDK and familiarity with event-driven architecture patterns
- Solid understanding of REST API design and integration, along with experience in SQL databases
