Job Summary
Focused on building a scalable data and AI platform, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will design, maintain, and enhance solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in construction technology.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain the data and AI platform for automation and self-service capabilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to transition ideas from concept to production
- Support and mentor team members by sharing knowledge and improving team delivery culture
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant development experience in building production-grade solutions
- 5+ years of experience leading the design of reliable and scalable services and APIs
- Proficient in a high-order object-oriented language, particularly Python, with openness to other languages like Go, Java, Scala, or C#
- Practical knowledge of SaaS products and event-driven architectures
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and familiarity with public cloud service platforms
