Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance internal workflows, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will collaborate with various teams to identify inefficiencies and develop AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Embed with internal teams to map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and scope AI-driven solutions
- Take ownership of the full software lifecycle from discovery through deployment and iteration
- Build and improve AI-powered tools, integrating with existing microservices and applications
Required qualifications
- BS in Computer Science or related technical field
- 6+ years of experience developing enterprise or consumer web applications, preferably with Python or Java/Spring
- Hands-on experience with LLMs in production, including prompt and context engineering
- Ability to work directly with non-engineering stakeholders to translate business problems into software solutions
- Strong judgment regarding the application of AI in a healthcare context
