Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support the evolution of a data and AI platform, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive technical direction and mentor other engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain the data and AI platform for automation and self-service capabilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to transition ideas from concept to production
- Support and mentor team members by sharing insights and experiences to foster growth and improvement
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant development experience building production-grade solutions
- 5+ years of experience leading the design of reliable and scalable services and APIs
- Proficient in a high-order object-oriented language, especially Python, with openness to Go, Java, Scala, or C#
- Practical knowledge of SaaS products and experience with event-driven architectures and high-volume data processing
- Familiarity with public cloud service platforms and CI/CD pipelines for production services
