Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing technology team, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and maintain a data and AI platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to production.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain the data and AI platform for automation and self-service capabilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to take concepts from idea to scalable production
- Mentor and support team members, sharing knowledge and improving team delivery culture
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant development experience in building production-grade solutions
- 5+ years of experience leading the design of reliable and scalable services and APIs
- Proficiency in a high-order object-oriented language, particularly Python, with openness to Go, Java, Scala, or C#
- Practical experience with event-driven architectures and high-volume data processing using technologies like Flink and Kafka
- Familiarity with public cloud service platforms and CI/CD pipelines
