Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance engineering productivity, the full-time Senior Software Engineer in Developer Infrastructure will design, build, and operate core developer infrastructure services, focusing on CI, build systems, deployment orchestration, and test infrastructure in a remote-first environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and operate core developer infrastructure services, including CI and build systems
- Improve engineering productivity metrics such as build time, deploy speed, and test feedback quality
- Lead technical design for cross-cutting projects and mentor engineers in shaping the platform's technical direction
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience building and operating production software with strong distributed systems fundamentals
- Proficiency in Go or a similar programming language and a track record of shipping high-impact backend systems
- Experience with developer infrastructure or platform domains like CI/CD, build systems, and test infrastructure
- Operational expertise with Kubernetes, AWS, GitHub Actions, Terraform, and containers
- Familiarity with observability and performance tooling such as Datadog
