Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development of automation solutions, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design and implement embedded software for complex real-time systems, focusing on hardware/software integration and technical leadership within Agile environments.
Key responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement large software subsystems, ensuring scalability and maintainability
- Debug complex hardware/software integration issues across various systems and components
- Lead design reviews and mentor junior engineers while defining software architecture and coding standards
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience in embedded software development for real-time systems using C++11/14/17
- Deep expertise with QNX, Real-Time Linux, or equivalent RTOS environments
- Significant experience in hardware/software integration and debugging complex systems
- Demonstrated technical leadership in Agile development environments
- Recognized expertise in at least one technical specialization area such as BSP, motion control, or robotics
