Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To develop the company's production trading systems and data pipelines, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will work remotely, collaborating with traders and research teams to support complex trading behaviors and system resilience.
Key responsibilities
- Design real-time distributed trading systems for global markets and asset classes
- Integrate new assets and markets while clarifying resulting requirements
- Take ownership of outcomes, supporting them through iteration, documentation, and testing
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with high-performance, scalable, reliable distributed systems
- Proven expertise in building cloud-native systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with modern cloud technologies and data observability tools
- Comfortable working in a containerized environment with Docker and Kubernetes
