Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer for a remote opportunity to drive initiatives within the Community Support Engineering team, focusing on building core software solutions that enhance the agent experience and improve service quality for guests and hosts.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to execute product and business strategies
- Lead the full development cycle, including technical design, development, testing, and launch of software solutions
- Design and implement server-side APIs and build efficient, reusable frontend web components while ensuring system performance and scalability
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of industry experience in software engineering
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proven experience architecting frontend systems and building large web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript
- Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries, such as React and GraphQL
- Proficiency in one or more back-end server languages, such as Java or Kotlin
