Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support innovative product development, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will own end-to-end experiments, build functional prototypes, and utilize AI-assisted development in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own experiments from hypothesis to data-driven decision-making, designing and building quick tests for new products
- Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to shape experiments and influence product direction
- Utilize AI tools and automation to accelerate prototyping and ensure sound engineering judgment regarding security and compliance
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in building and shipping software products
- Strong experience with AI tools and automation in development processes
- Proficiency in full-stack web applications, particularly with NextJS/Typescript and Django/Python
- Hands-on experience in building product features using LLMs and foundation model APIs
- Experience with hypothesis-driven product development, including A/B testing and data-driven decision-making
