Job Summary
Leading the design and development of high-performance applications, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will focus on the technical implementation of an enterprise retirement administration platform using Oracle PL/SQL and Java, while working remotely and mentoring team members.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the design, architecture, and development of Java and PL/SQL-based applications
- Implement and optimize business logic using PL/SQL packages and procedures
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance to developers
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive software development experience
- Advanced experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Java
