Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end development of RL environments, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will collaborate with research labs to define specifications, build industry-leading tools, and ensure production health in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain RL environments and MCP tools for frontier labs
- Collaborate with requesters to translate research goals into actionable specifications
- Investigate and resolve issues in the delivery pipeline to ensure production reliability
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience building production systems
- Proficiency in production Python or TypeScript, with strong functional programming skills
- Experience with containerized services and Docker
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment processes on AWS or major cloud platforms
- Ability to own and manage production environments post-launch
