Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development of a cutting-edge data and AI platform, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive technical direction and mentor junior engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain the data and AI platform for automation and self-service capabilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to transform concepts into scalable production solutions
- Support and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and effective delivery
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant development experience in building production-grade solutions
- 5+ years of experience leading the design of reliable and scalable services and APIs
- Proficiency in a high-order object-oriented language, particularly Python, with openness to Go, Java, Scala, or C#
- Practical experience with event-driven architectures and high-volume data processing using technologies like Flink and Kafka
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and public cloud service platforms
