Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To shape the future of AI-powered developer tools, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and implement high-quality technical solutions for the CoPilot Agent Platform while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and ship scalable technical solutions across multiple GitHub services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative software solutions
- Maintain and advocate for the health and quality of the systems built by the team, including participation in on-call rotations
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related technical discipline, with proven experience in production software coding in various programming languages
- Minimum 2 years of experience using general-purpose programming languages such as Go or Ruby
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with modern front-end technologies like React, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience in designing and implementing APIs for seamless integration between software components
- Strong understanding of testing principles and high-quality software development practices
