Job Summary
Driving the technical roadmap for the Paid MarTech pod, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will provide technical leadership, make key architectural decisions, and enhance team productivity through process improvements, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the technical roadmap and architectural decisions to build reusable, scalable systems for marketing needs
- Enhance developer productivity by evolving processes, tools, and abstractions across the codebase
- Mentor engineers and drive execution of cross-team initiatives in partnership with senior Product and Marketing leaders
Required qualifications
- 8-12 years of software engineering experience with expertise in leading technical roadmaps and architectural decisions
- Expert-level proficiency in Python with a proven ability to design reusable abstractions and frameworks
- Deep technical knowledge of building scalable, high-throughput systems with observability and security considerations
- Demonstrated ability to influence product roadmaps by identifying strategic technical opportunities
- Proven track record of enhancing team productivity through process improvements and mentorship of senior engineers
