Job Summary
To support the development of innovative mental health applications, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions while ensuring best practices are followed.
Key responsibilities
- Building and integrating new architecture, frameworks, and technologies for client and clinician applications
- Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance and optimize existing systems with impactful features
- Taking on a technical leadership role by mentoring junior developers and driving architecture decisions
Required qualifications
- 5-6+ years of engineering experience with a focus on building scalable products
- Experience in a startup environment, demonstrating ownership and agility
- Proficiency with the technology stack (Node/Express, Python/Django) or similar
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes is a plus
- Strong orientation towards cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
