Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Software Engineer to work remotely, who will take end-to-end responsibility for key features and platform components within a full-stack ecosystem, including Ruby on Rails, React, and Flutter, while actively shaping the product experience and ensuring system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain features across the full stack, owning the process from initial design through production deployment
• Translate complex user needs into intuitive, technically sound solutions as a product-minded partner
• Drive architectural decisions and solve impactful engineering challenges with high autonomy

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of owning features from conception to production deployment
• Deep proficiency in Ruby on Rails, with a solid understanding of relational database design and architectural trade-offs
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments where requirements evolve and ambiguity is common
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for a remote-first team
• Strong product-first mindset, comfortable with questioning requirements and advocating for the best technical solutions
