Job Summary
Building production agent systems, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design and operate workflows for AI-driven matching and analysis, engineer robust data pipelines, and ensure LLM quality in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Ship production agent systems by designing, building, and operating workflows powered by agent SDKs and MCP servers
- Operationalize LLM quality through the development of eval and observability layers for measurable quality, cost, and latency
- Engineer data pipelines for robust ingestion of diverse data sources into searchable knowledge bases with quality validation
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 3+ years in AI/ML or data engineering
- Experience building and operating production agentic/LLM applications using APIs like Anthropic and OpenAI
- Strong background in data engineering with experience in scalable pipelines for AI/ML workloads
- Proficiency in modern Python stack, including FastAPI and Pydantic
- US citizenship required for compliance with DoD contracting environments
