Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Building self-service infrastructure and developer-facing tooling, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will enhance AI capabilities for internal teams and external partners while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement API gateways and service infrastructure to connect AI models with production applications
- Develop internal developer tooling to facilitate the shipping and iteration of AI features
- Collaborate with ML engineers on model serving infrastructure and participate in architecture decisions
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of software engineering experience with a strong full-stack foundation, preferably backend-leaning
- Production experience building APIs, microservices, and platform infrastructure using Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience building developer-facing tools or internal platforms consumed by other engineers
- Familiarity with LLM integration patterns and strong fundamentals in distributed systems and API design
