Job Summary
To enhance the member experience across the web, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design and build high-performance web applications, contributing to both frontend and backend services in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and evolve high-quality member-facing web experiences using modern frontend technologies
- Own projects end to end, collaborating with Product and Design to clarify problems and measure outcomes
- Contribute across the full stack, including frontend applications, APIs, and backend services
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with production web applications
- Deep hands-on frontend expertise with JavaScript or TypeScript and a modern web framework such as React
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, performance, accessibility, and testing
- Experience building responsive and reliable user experiences that meet customer needs
- Full-stack experience with the ability to contribute to APIs and backend services
