Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Owning core Platform services and major migrations end to end, the full-time Senior Software Engineer specializing in Infrastructure will develop and enhance the technical foundation for clean energy solutions while working remotely and collaborating with a distributed team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute significant migrations of stateful, business-critical systems with zero customer-visible downtime
• Architect and operate AWS infrastructure, ensuring governance, security, and efficient resource management
• Develop and implement infrastructure as code and developer tooling, utilizing technologies such as Terraform, Docker, and GitOps practices

Required qualifications

• Strong production software development experience in Go and/or Python
• Approximately 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, particularly in DevOps/SRE roles
• Deep, hands-on Kubernetes experience in production environments
• Extensive knowledge of AWS infrastructure, including multi-account organizations and IAM management
• Proficient in infrastructure-as-code practices, particularly with Terraform or similar tools
