Job Summary
Designing and implementing software solutions to optimize the Instacart platform, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer, Core Experience will focus on developing scalable software, analyzing SQL queries, and enabling data-driven features to enhance customer shopping experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Develop highly scalable software while ensuring proper protocols for rapid upgrades and new features
- Analyze and optimize SQL queries to improve system performance
- Lead strategic planning and execution of development projects from inception to deployment and maintenance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field
- 5 years of experience in software engineering or a related role
