Job Summary
To support the mission of defending children from sexual exploitation, the remote Senior Software Engineer will independently deliver complex projects, collaborate with teams to build scalable systems, and contribute to high-quality software solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers to build and maintain scalable systems and applications from end-to-end
- Lead technical discussions and partner with Product and Engineering to define requirements and deliver practical solutions
- Participate in coding, code reviews, and troubleshooting production issues, while mentoring teammates and improving team practices
Required qualifications
- Experience building and maintaining production-ready software systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound design judgment
- Proficiency in Python3, TypeScript, React, and AWS technologies
- Ability to adapt to evolving requirements and communicate technical decisions effectively
