Job Summary

Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software applications and integrations for UGG's digital platforms
- Implement technical requirements within specified timeframes, ensuring quality and reliability
- Guide and mentor junior team members, sharing best practices for coding, UI, and design
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or consumer-facing environments
- Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and frameworks such as React, Bootstrap, and Vue
- Strong understanding of web standards, including ADA and WCAG
- Experience with website integrations, APIs, and working in a SCRUM/Agile environment
- Diploma or equivalent in Computer Science or Web Development; Bachelor's degree preferred
