Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Joining a dynamic team, the fully remote Senior Software Engineer will design and build core services, internal APIs, and data workflows primarily using Python, while enhancing platform capabilities for improved engineering efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust platform services and internal tooling in Python
- Design clean, scalable interfaces and develop internal APIs with strong documentation
- Improve CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape platform direction
Required qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Python 3.13+ with experience in type annotations and async/await patterns
- Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and SOLID principles
- Experience designing APIs using REST or gRPC and familiarity with OpenAPI specifications
- Proven track record of deploying services on Google Cloud Platform, specifically using Cloud Run and Cloud Functions
- Extensive experience with automated testing strategies using pytest
