Job Summary
To support the Truework team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will develop and maintain a platform used by top mortgage lenders, focusing on backend solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality solutions with minimal oversight, taking ownership of projects from design to production
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve product ambiguities and implement impactful features
- Monitor and resolve production issues for services owned by the team, ensuring reliability and performance
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/training
- Proficiency in Python and Javascript (or similar languages/frameworks)
- Experience developing RESTful APIs
- A strong sense of ownership from feature design through production release
