Job Summary
To support the development of a modern ledger system, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design, implement, and maintain backend systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-impact features and projects
- Build backend systems/components focusing on integrity, maintainability, scalability, and stability
- Own the delivery of high-visibility features/projects from design to deployment
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working on systems at scale
- Strong coding skills, preferably in Go
- Experience with IDLs (e.g., protobuf), RPC frameworks (e.g., gRPC), and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
- Proven ability to debug issues and foresee potential problems
- Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
