Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Joining a remote team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will direct autonomous coding agents, review their output for quality and security, and own the end-to-end production process within a FedRAMP-authorized environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the agent array on production workstreams by decomposing problems into tasks suitable for agent execution
- Review agent-generated pull requests to identify defects and maintain a high-quality standard
- Author evaluation suites to establish measurable quality criteria for agent outputs
Required Qualifications
- Strong engineering fundamentals in data structures, systems design, and testing
- Proven experience in shipping production software with ownership of quality
- Hands-on experience directing coding agents and critically reviewing their outputs
- Demonstrated competence in code review, identifying defects beyond automated tests
- Ability to work autonomously and escalate issues proactively
