Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on technical leader, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will manage production support, incident management, and continuous improvement for a critical supply chain integration environment, working remotely and requiring flexibility for after-hours support.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor transaction flows, identify and resolve integration failures, and coordinate support during major incidents
- Troubleshoot EDI transactions and support onboarding and monitoring of EDI integrations
- Utilize Azure tools for error investigation and troubleshoot across various cloud services and databases
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise integration, application support, EDI, or cloud engineering
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and its services, including Azure SQL and Azure Functions
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash
- Ability to troubleshoot distributed applications and understand EDI concepts
- Strong ownership and accountability under pressure, with excellent communication skills
