Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Excited about building autonomous infrastructure engineering agents, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will develop planning and execution systems, design tool interfaces, and create feedback mechanisms for Neo, an AI-driven cloud infrastructure solution.

Key responsibilities

• Build the planning and execution systems for Neo to perform multi-step infrastructure operations across various cloud platforms
• Design tool interfaces that enhance the agent's understanding of cloud resources and engineering workflows
• Create feedback loops and self-correction mechanisms to ensure reliable autonomous operations

Required qualifications

• Experience building production systems using LLMs, including skill design and multi-step orchestration
• Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript
• Comfortable working across the stack, including agent orchestration, backend services, and frontend interfaces
• Product mindset focused on user needs and practical applications
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with a distributed team
