Job Summary
Working in a flexible hybrid environment, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and implement advanced algorithms and software systems for autonomous platforms, providing technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop software tools for mission planning systems and automated control processes
- Lead and mentor engineering teams through the complete Agile development lifecycle
- Integrate, test, and demonstrate autonomy algorithms and software systems
Required qualifications:
- BS in Computer Science or related technical field with 5+ years of experience
- 3+ years of experience with C++ or Java, focusing on backend algorithmic development
- Proven ability to develop and test autonomy algorithms and software
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Gitlab
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, requiring U.S. Citizenship
