Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To architect and operationalize AI-driven solutions at enterprise scale, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design and build production-grade LLM-powered agents and workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build production-grade LLM-powered agents, focusing on system design, data pipelines, and deployment strategies
- Develop and optimize prompts and evaluation frameworks to measure model performance and accuracy
- Implement and manage end-to-end AI systems on cloud infrastructure, ensuring monitoring and optimization
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years working directly with LLMs in production
- Deep experience with prompt engineering and context engineering
- Strong working knowledge of RAG architectures and LLM evaluation frameworks
- Fluency in agent system design and strong Python skills
- BS or MS in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent industry experience
