Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
As a full-time remote Senior Software Engineer I - EHR Integrations, the candidate will develop scalable full stack applications that integrate point of care insights with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement scalable and performant solutions for EHR integrations
- Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to execute technical roadmaps using Agile processes
- Mentor junior engineers through pull request reviews and provide constructive feedback
Required qualifications:
- BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience as an engineer in a cross-functional team
- 4+ years of experience building complex frontend applications focused on UI/UX
- 4+ years of experience with CSS/HTML/JavaScript and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, VueJs/Ember)
- 2+ years of experience coaching other engineers and making technical decisions in a team setting
