Job Summary
To support the growing retail vertical, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will collaborate with engineering and product leads to identify high-impact opportunities, plan and prototype solutions, and make foundational technical decisions for the retail platform.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with engineering and product leads to identify high-impact opportunities in the domain
- Plan, scope, and prototype solutions from design to rollout, considering the entire feature lifecycle
- Stay in tune with customer needs through direct feedback and industry trend analysis
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience building and shipping production software to customers
- Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or other object-oriented programming languages
- Growth mindset with an emphasis on learning and self/team-improvement
- Startup mindset and comfort with ambiguity
- Flexible in using different tech stacks and languages
