Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the design and development of complex IT applications, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will work remotely on a 10-month contract, focusing on system architecture, application coding, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure software quality and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead application design, development, testing, and implementation processes
- Analyze and refine system requirements, translating them into application prototypes and solutions
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders throughout the application testing and implementation phases
Required qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, systems design, and programming
- At least 4 years of experience in a lead capacity
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related IT field preferred
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java
- Experience with cloud engineering, particularly AWS and/or Azure
