Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance a high-performance data-driven application, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will develop features using Java and related technologies, ensuring scalability and performance while working in a hybrid environment in Bangalore or Pune, India.
Key responsibilities
- Develop high-quality features on time while adhering to best coding practices
- Collaborate with the CTO/Architect on feature design and ensure product quality through testing and bug resolution
- Mentor team members and conduct design and code reviews to maintain high coding standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 7-8 years of experience with backend technologies including Java, Spring Boot, and MySQL
- Experience in building multi-tenant SaaS applications and designing APIs
- 5+ years of delivering software in a cloud-based environment (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Proficiency in object-oriented design and application architecture
