Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To complement rapid growth, the remote Senior Software Engineer will develop and enhance a modern SaaS platform, focusing on building reliable microservices and addressing complex cloud technology challenges for enterprise customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of the next generation of the SaaS platform, leveraging AI to improve customer service in the Contact Center
- Play a critical role in creating highly-available and scalable microservices
- Provide production support and troubleshoot issues within the software stack while gaining deep application-level knowledge of existing systems
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of software development experience with Java and Spring Framework
- Experience in designing and building highly available and scalable applications
- Strong understanding of cloud design considerations, including virtualization, distributed systems, and security
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field
