Job Summary
Joining the Connect engineering team, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will design and build backend services and APIs for a warehouse management system, ensuring seamless integration with LinOS while mentoring junior engineers and enhancing code quality.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement backend services and APIs for the Connect system, focusing on LinOS integration
- Transform architectural guidance into maintainable and well-tested code while participating in production support
- Mentor mid-level and newer engineers, promoting best practices in code quality and engineering standards
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong background in object-oriented development with expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or C#
- Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to analyze performance in large relational schemas
- Experience with distributed systems and API design
- Effective use of AI development tools and strong problem-solving abilities
