Job Summary
Bridging the gap between "AI-adjacent" and "AI-native," the full-time Senior Software Engineer will own a specific technical domain within the AI Enablement team, focusing on building tools and integrations to enhance the product development lifecycle while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Take deep ownership of a specific technical domain, serving as the primary maintainer and visionary
- Architect and maintain internal servers and deploy cloud-hosted autonomous agents within compliance frameworks
- Document best practices and serve as a consultant for product teams to integrate AI into their workflows
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of related software development experience
- Strong proficiency in back-end services, proxy servers, and API integrations, with a preference for Python, Go, or TypeScript
- Extensive experience using AI-augmented IDEs to enhance development throughput and quality
