Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support the evolution of a data and AI platform, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive projects from concept to production.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain the data and AI platform to enable automation and self-service for data professionals
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to take ideas from concept to production at scale
- Support and mentor Engineers within the team, sharing insights and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant development experience building production-grade solutions
- 5+ years leading the design of reliable and scalable services and APIs
- Proficient in a high-order object-oriented language, especially Python, with openness to other languages like Go, Java, Scala, or C#
- Practical experience with event-driven architectures and data processing technologies such as Flink and Kafka
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and familiarity with public cloud service platforms
