Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support the HRS Platform Team, the remote Senior Software Engineer will code, test, and implement products while integrating AI-assisted development tools to enhance workflow and product quality.
Key responsibilities
- Create high-quality, maintainable code that meets design specifications
- Integrate AI-assisted development tools into daily engineering practices to improve velocity and quality
- Perform unit and peer testing, ensuring thorough documentation and project requirements are met
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in a software development or software engineering role
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering tools in regular workflow
- Proficiency in modern backend languages/stacks (e.g., Go, Java, Python, TypeScript/Node)
- Experience with web services, REST API design, and RDBMS SQL
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
