Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Hands-on and technically adept, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and operate production systems for the AI Platform, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions for institutional financial clients.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship production-quality systems, APIs, and services, owning projects end-to-end
- Drive technical excellence by contributing to design discussions, code reviews, and identifying technical debt
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools and integrate AI capabilities into workflows while maintaining quality standards
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in backend and/or full-stack software engineering
- Strong backend engineering experience with Python and frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Pyramid, or Django
- Experience with cloud-native technologies like AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience building or integrating AI/LLM-powered systems in production
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
