Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Working onsite in Santa Clara with the option for telecommuting two days a week, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and test user-facing applications for high-performance software systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement responsive web interfaces.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and user interfaces
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to transform mockups into functional applications and integrate RESTful APIs
- Optimize front-end performance and ensure adherence to accessibility standards
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in front-end or full-stack software engineering with web development
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS and Backbone
- Experience with asynchronous request handling, AJAX, and RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and version control systems like Git
