Job Summary
Joining a distributed team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will focus on production operations and development platforms for CodeQL, ensuring the quality and security of software through analysis and tooling in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver CodeQL-powered analysis across production environments and manage incident response
- Build and operate internal tooling and CI pipelines to enhance software validation and release processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product direction and improve user experience
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related technical discipline with proficiency in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python
- 3+ years of experience in software security, DevOps, or building developer tools related to software lifecycle management
- Experience with CI solutions, orchestration frameworks, or machine learning applied to source code
- Master's Degree in a relevant field with 2+ years of experience, or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to maintain and deliver production software in a collaborative environment
