Key responsibilities
- Direct the agent array by decomposing problems into tasks suitable for agent execution and integrating outputs into shipped software
- Review agent-generated pull requests to identify defects in correctness, security, and accessibility while maintaining review throughput
- Author evaluation suites that define measurable quality criteria for the software development pipeline
Required qualifications
- Strong engineering fundamentals, including data structures, systems design, and testing
- Experience shipping production software with accountability for quality and remediation of issues
- Hands-on experience directing coding agents and critically reviewing agent-generated code
- Demonstrated competence in code review, identifying defects beyond automated tests
- Ability to work autonomously and advance projects without step-by-step direction
