Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance workflow automation, the full-time Senior Software Engineer in Applied AI will own the development of new agents and platform capabilities, build and deploy AI solutions, and collaborate with various teams to integrate LLMs into their processes, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the build-out of new agents, skills, and platform capabilities across TLDR
- Build and deploy agents from design through implementation, evaluations, and rollout
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify integration points for LLMs in various processes
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience, including 2+ years building products with LLMs
- Proven experience taking at least one AI agent to production
- Fluency in coding with AI tools like Claude Code or Codex
- Experience writing evaluations during the build process to define quality metrics
- Ability to engage with non-engineering stakeholders to identify LLM integration opportunities
